Why bother
A screen cannot show you what your kitchen will do to a colour
Every sample we send is a piece of the actual surface, cut from the same material we would fabricate your worktop from. Not a printed swatch, not a photograph.
Your light, not ours
A warm bulb pulls a cool grey towards beige, and north-facing daylight does the opposite. Stand the sample against your units at breakfast and again at night before you decide.
Pattern reads differently at size
A veined slab looks busy at thumbnail size and calm across three metres. Seeing a real offcut next to your cabinet door is the only reliable way to judge it.
Finish is a texture, not a photo
Polished, honed and textured surfaces feel completely different under your hand and show marks in different ways. That never survives a screenshot.

We will confirm the samples and when they are going out. If anything you have picked is not available as an offcut we will say so and suggest the closest surface we can actually send, rather than swapping it quietly.
What arrives
Offcuts of the real thing, not printed swatches
Samples are cut from the same materials we fabricate with, so the colour, the veining and the finish are the genuine article. They are small pieces, so hold one against a cabinet door and a wall rather than judging it on the table.
Look at them twice
Once in daylight and once under the lights you actually cook by. Most people change their mind between the two, and it is far cheaper to do that now.
Put them next to what stays
Your cabinet doors, your floor and your splashback are the things the worktop has to live with. A colour that works in isolation can fight all three.
Then get a real number
When you have narrowed it down, send us the kitchen and we will price it properly, with every cut-out and edge itemised, fitted 3–7 working days from template.
