Order is what matters: a slab is templated before it is cut, so an uncut slab is straightforward and one already machined for another kitchen is not. The workmanship guarantee is the same either way. It does not extend to a material we did not supply. If your own slab breaks there is no matching replacement to hand, and that is the real difference. Agents book this work at short notice, because the void only becomes a real date once the outgoing tenant confirms they are going. The support has to be specified to whoever is building the frame before it is boarded up, since steel let in afterwards means taking the front of the bar apart again. A bar in constant use is a maintenance decision as well.
