Worktop templating in Wealdstone

Yes. Wealdstone is on the patch, and the postcodes we work here are HA3. It is worked on our north west London run, along with the rest of Harrow. On a street with no restrictions the constraint is other residents rather than a warden, so it is worth putting a cone or a car out early. A small room puts the sink, hob and tap cut-outs close together on one short length, and the bridge of stone left between them decides whether it can be cut in one piece. In the small terraces a 600mm deep top will not clear the back door swing, so check whether the door needs rehanging before the stone arrives.

Units fixed and packed level over the sloping floor, walls replastered and dry at their final thickness (tiling and splashbacks go on after the worktop, never before), and the sink, tap and hob physically on site, with a Belfast sink built in and set at its finished height. A street with houses in single occupation next to the same houses cut into flats produces two completely different jobs from the same elevation.
