From £300 /m²
Made to order · cut to your kitchen, fitted 5–10 working days from template
Supply only: the slab itself. Fabrication, edge profile, cut-outs, delivery and installation are quoted on top and itemised, so nothing appears at the end that you did not agree at the start.
Is it right for you
Rem is £300 per square metre supply only, which places it 53rd of 71 in our sintered stone range. The median sintered stone here is £261, so Rem sits £39 above the middle of its own range.
A pale sintered top is non-porous, so wine, oil and turmeric sit on the surface rather than going into it. What it does show, like any near-white, is the daily crumbs and the tea ring.
From the bottom of the sintered stone range Rem is £190 up, and from the top it is £66 down. 18 other surfaces in the catalogue carry the same rate, across different materials, so the price alone will not choose between them. Within its own white group Rem is the 7th cheapest of 13.
12 other sintered stone surfaces share its white tone, Danae at £175, Kairos at £170 and Moone at £165 among them. The nearest thing to it in another material is Marquina Noir at £300, a quartz, and the choice between them is about behaviour rather than budget.
The dearer patterns are more likely to be brought in to order rather than held, so ask about the lead time before the kitchen date is set rather than after.
The photograph above is indicative. Screens shift colour, and batches vary, so a slab can read warmer or cooler than an image suggests. We hold offcuts of the Worktop Worx quartz collection only, so we cannot post you a piece of this one. It is ordered in by the slab, and the slab is what you would be shown before anything is cut.
At a glance
Thicknesses and slab sizes available in this colour are confirmed in writing when we quote, because stock changes. Fitted 5–10 working days from template, with a 25-year material warranty and a 5-year workmanship guarantee.

If you choose it
Send the sizes, a plan or a few photographs. A person prices it and itemises every piece, cut-out and edge.
Two to three hours for a typical kitchen. We digitally template every run, record wall run-out, unit heights and appliance positions, agree with you where the joins will fall and where the tap holes and drainer grooves go, and confirm the edge profile.
Rem is cut to that template and fitted 5 to 10 working days from template, with a 5-year workmanship guarantee.
Before you commit
The survey and the written quote cost nothing and carry no deposit. A deposit is taken when you accept and book the template, and the balance is due before installation. Every cut-out, edge and join is priced on its own line.
Up to the template visit you can cancel and we refund the deposit less anything already spent reserving material. After it, the stone is cut to your kitchen and cannot be put back, which is why we template rather than work from your measurements. Read the terms
If someone else has to agree, the quote is itemised so it can be read line by line by whoever is checking it, and we can arrange to show you the actual slab before it is cut. What the guarantees cover

“We recently had our kitchen worktops supplied and fitted by Worktop WorX using Laurent Gold sintered stone, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The finish, quality, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. Karem was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer…”
“Karem did a fantastic job at installing my antique bronze mirror for my coffee/drinks unit. He was really professional and his communication throughout was clear.”
“I used Karem’s services 5 years ago for purchasing and fitting the quartz worktop in my then brand new kitchen. The price was reasonable and the service reliable and spot on, no delays in fitting, misunderstanding or excuses. I recommended him to a friend, who also used his services and they were happy too! If I need to order new kitchen work top again,…”

Worth comparing two or three before you settle, because the same room can take a much darker or much busier surface than a photograph suggests.
Worth reading
Dekton
Sintered surfaces like Dekton are the most durable of the three: highly scratch and heat resistant, and thin enough to take a fine mitred edge.
Most of what we fit is 20mm or 30mm. Where you want a chunkier look, we mitre the edge (a 20mm slab folded down to give a 40mm or 60mm apron), which reads as solid stone without the weight or cost of a genuinely thick slab.
Nothing in it can scorch.
Liquids sit on the surface.
No sealant schedule, ever.
The most durable of the three materials we fit.
Thin enough to take a crisp mitre.

Send plans or photos with rough measurements and we will come back with a real number rather than a range that moves later. Free samples are available on the Worktop Worx quartz collection, though not on this one.
