The middle half of our sintered stone range runs from £250 to £300 per square metre, across 71 colours, 63 of them Dekton. In Enfield, 13% of homes sit in council tax band F or above, close to the middle of the London range. The figure comes from the cut list: how many joins, how many cut-outs, and how cleanly the pieces nest into a slab, not from the floor area.

The share of housing built since 2010 is not even across Enfield: of the 22 neighbourhoods we list, it is highest in Arnos Grove at 15%, then Brimsdown (12%) and Ponders End (12%), and lowest in Edmonton Green at 1%. Newer kitchens usually sit on square, modular units, which keeps the template for a Dekton top quick.

The share of homes that are flats is not even across Enfield: of the 22 neighbourhoods we list, it is highest in Bowes Park at 76%, then Edmonton Green (72%) and Bush Hill Park (69%), and lowest in Enfield Highway at 16%. Where the kitchen is upstairs, the thinner Dekton formats weigh less on the stairs and turn more easily on a landing.
