Yes. One of the large interwar municipal estates, built to repeating semi and terrace plans. The standard kitchen is a small rear room about 2m by 2.7m and the usual upgrade is knocking through to the dining room for a 3.2m L with a breakfast bar. Owner-occupied kitchens are usually being done once, which is why the edge profile, the vein direction and where a join falls are worth the conversation. A template booked hopefully around another trade is the commonest cause of a wasted visit. No stone is cut from a plan.
