The internal stair is usually a straight flight with a tight top landing, and it is the landing rather than the flight that is the limit. The stack boxing needs to be in its final form and the sink and hob on site before we machine, since a boxing that gets re-clad afterwards throws the notch out. Where a landlord or housing provider is involved there is a specification to meet and a process to follow, and both are settled before a date is offered. Changing an appliance after the nest is set means recutting the piece, not adjusting it. The approved drawing is the instruction.
