Yes. A lot of family houses running knock-through kitchen-diners where the old scullery wall has come out and the kitchen now wraps around two or three walls with a large sink run under the rear window. Big appliances are the norm, so we see wide American fridge gaps, range cookers up to 110cm and worktops cut with generous clearance either side of the hob. A drive that shelves towards the house needs the van chocked and the trolley controlled, since a loaded A-frame gathers speed quickly on a slope. Owner-occupied kitchens are usually being done once, which is why the edge profile, the vein direction and where a join falls are worth the conversation. A half-day of access is not a fitting day, and it is better to say so at booking than to find out at eleven. Access for the whole slot, or a different day.
