The middle half of our quartz range runs from £150 to £270 per square metre, across 69 colours. In Wandsworth, 24.5% of homes sit in council tax band F or above, among the highest in London. Bigger kitchens are priced by the slab count. The template shows whether the run and an island nest into one slab or need two, and that decides more than the square metres do.

The share of homes that are flats is not even across Wandsworth: of the 21 neighbourhoods we list, it is highest in Nine Elms at 100%, then Battersea Park (89%) and Battersea (89%), and lowest in Southfields at 46%.
